Hi, I'm Trishah, your local Alternative Healthcare Provider!

I have been a professional Colon Hydrotherapist since 2014. I received my I-ACT certified training from Tara Alder at Alderbrooke healing Arts in Eugene, OR. I have been practicing Colon Hydrotherapy at the Hidden Springs Wellness Center in Ashland for over 2 years. I love helping people improve their health!

In 2018, I gained my Ayurvedic Health Counselor Certificate from the National Ayurvedic Medical Association(NAMA).
My training included 2 years apprenticing with Deanna Batdorff at the Dhyana Center, an Ayurvedic Medicine Clinic in Sebastopol, CA.

I am also a licensed Massage Therapist. I attended Ashland Institute of Massage and became licensed in 2018. I specialize in psoas release and internal organ massage.

I enjoy singing, dancing and exploring the outdoors. I love spending time on my 6 acre homestead in the Applegate Valley with my children and my animals. Most of all, I am passionate about using all the things I have learned to assist people in balancing and optimzing their health. You deserve to feel great!
