True To You Salon LLC is an appointment-based salon. We do not accept walk-in appointments. All services must be scheduled directly with your stylist in advance.
Please note that each professional working within True To You Salon operates as an independent business owner. Because of this:
• Each stylist sets their own schedule and availability.
• Each stylist has their own policies regarding appointments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments.
• All service payments and transactions are processed directly through the individual stylist and do not pass through True To You Salon LLC.
If you have any questions, concerns, complaints, or requests regarding a service you received, you must contact the stylist who performed the service directly. While we encourage professionalism and communication, True To You Salon LLC cannot require, force, or mandate an independent stylist to issue a refund, discount, or service correction.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to support a salon environment where independent beauty professionals can successfully operate their businesses.
