Due to the weather and by suggestion of the Kentucky transportation cabinet, Vida Loca will be closed today. Please stay safe and warm, there are a lot of families without power, please help if you can and stay safe and warm 🙏. 💜VL

Moving forward with reopening Vida Loca, please be patient and understand that we have hundreds of people to reschedule due to the closure. We value each and every customer and appreciate your patience, and we feel that EVERYONE is a priority. Having said that, PLEASE wait for your stylist to get in touch with you, we have had hundreds of messages since Govenor Beshear's announcement of reopening salon's. We cannot return every message, and text. It is better for your stylist to contact you as these messages will get lost in the masses and it will not make it to the actual appointment book, therein causing a larger problem in the future. Your stylist will get in touch with you by the method best suited for them and we will get each of you taken care of. We look forward to seeing each of you as you have been missed more than words can say. You all aren't just "customers" but also family. 💜VL

As "talks of reopening the country" begin rather agree or disagree, each stylist will make their own decision on when they feel safe to return to work. Know that your stylist will be getting in touch with you as they return to work and get you scheduled, but not while we are still under governor's order to remain closed. We will ensure your and our safety upon return by implementing the recommended guidelines provided by the state, city, CDC, and Cosmetology State Board. Until then, please stay happy and healthy, and know that each one of you has been missed during the closures. 💜VL
