Every small business has a story, and I’m grateful to share ours in the June edition of Ashland’s LocalsGuide.

This interview reflects not only my journey with True Lavender Collective, but also the support of our incredible customers, community, artists and farmers who have helped bring this vision to life.

Take a read and let me know what speaks to you most. What stood out? What surprised you? What would you like to see more of from us?

Thank you for being part of our story. 💜

Some visitors know exactly what they want. 🐾💜

This sweet girl (10 month old Kacey) stopped by, turned on the charm, and after enjoying a sample, convinced her humans that a bag of our Lavender Dog Cookies was absolutely essential. We can’t say we blame her. 🐾✨ Thanks for the visit from Bend, OR!

The Lavender Healing Lip Balm by is packed with nourishing ingredients like Meadowfoam seed oil (sourced in the Willamette Valley!), beeswax, vitamin E, and essential oils to soothe and protect dry, chapped lips or to heal irritation, bug bites, and other minor skin issues anywhere on the body.

It’s simple, effective, and made by hand in Oregon! ⁣

Lavender’s fragrance lives most intensely within the buds themselves. Gently press a few between your fingers and you’ll instantly release the calming essential oils tucked inside.

If you have lavender sachets at home that have softened over time, simply give them a gentle squeeze to awaken the buds and refresh their natural aroma. It’s a simple way to extend the life of your sachet and bring those soothing lavender notes back to life — one of our favorite little lavender rituals.

🐝💜 It’s World Bee Day!
Lavender may draw the compliments, but the bees deserve some credit too. These tiny pollinators help support healthy plants, thriving ecosystems, and beautiful blooms season after season.

The next time you spot bees visiting lavender flowers, know you’re witnessing one of nature’s most important partnerships at work. 🌿🐝💜

Tell us — what pollinator-friendly plants are growing in your garden this year? ⬇️
