Making a post so everyone knows. I have an app now that we use to make your appointments. Please when you get these notifications please confirm. If you made an appointment and didnt get a notification you need to reach back out to me cause you are not on my book! If you dont confirm on the app I will consider that your going to be a no show. and just book that space for someone else. I understand things come up but if my time isnt that important to you then Im going assume your hair isnt that important to you either thats why your not confirming and showing up. So you wont be back on my book without paying for missed appointments. I have to be firm with my schedule right now cause Im helping with my grandkids with one still being in the NICU. So I need to be working those 3 days Im giving at the salon which could be spent better than sitting on waiting on someone. I appreciate all those 90% that do show up without you I would be lost. So thank you so much. A little reminder for all: You may not be my client, but Im sure you have a stylist or barber that you visit frequently. Please dont do them this way. Be respectful of their time. If you dont show up we dont get a paycheck.
