It is WINNING Wednesday and we are always thinking of you and your health at Oooweewellness! As we know sea moss has a POWER HOUSE of vitamins, minerals and trace elements but sometimes we all want to switch it up and add to our arsenal of goodies that heal the body. My daughter actually started making this tea and when she came to visit she shared it with me and the rest of the family! I've been making this tea for a few months now and I LOVE IT! FIND A REPUTABLE SOURCE. Vitamins and minerals are commodity items, and every manufacturer has access to the same ingredients. Studies have shown that vitamins and medications from the grocery store, and lower level stores are often missing essential ingredients and aren't as strictly regulated by the FDA. Try to buy vitamins that DO NOT contain gelatin(not healthy) and Go for the vitamins that have a coating made from cellulose.
Unnecessary additives include magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, simethicone, vegetable gum, talc and propylene glycol. What we do know is that these additives and fillers offer no nutritional value.
