Please keep this in mind when you’re looking down at your phone . I’m 5 feet tall. Most my clients are taller than me, so I’m already struggling . Even@ if you hold you phone up closer , some ppl tend to lock their necks in place and this actually hurts worse, because you’re muscles are not flexing properly. Just be considerate.
