Sometimes the body needs more than rest.

Today marks five years since my son Andree lll transitioned — five years since my world shifted.

This morning was heavy. I cried, my voice was fading, my phone was acting up… but I still showed up for myself and for TACE.
Even on the hard days, I’m learning that showing up is an act of love aka self love — for myself, for my purpose, and for the legacy my son left within me.

When I arrived and was handed flowers, it reminded me that God sees me. Andree sees me. And nothing I pour into this journey goes unnoticed.

My son’s spirit lives through me — in my strength, in my softness, and in every moment I help someone else return to themselves.

Healing is growth.
Showing up is growth.
Becoming light again… is growth.
