When contacting me about appointments PLEASE BE SERIOUS. This is a business!!! Even though a few of y’all may personally know me does not mean that you can take advantage of me or my time. Since I’ve started doing lashes I’ve had many many many people inquire about booking CONSISTENTLY but never book. This is why i rarely respond to DMs because everything is on my site. No need to contact me about availability unless my books are closed. Today i had 4 people inquire, scheduled and DID NOT SHOW. That’s super unacceptable, especially when i have other people who could have been serviced. I’ve also experienced NO CALLS NO SHOWS or Clients arriving 15+ mins late to their appointment thinking they can be serviced. That lets me know you did not read my policy and kind of disrespectful to me and my time once again. I know we live in Atlanta and traffic can be crazy. But JUST CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME. Maybe something can be worked out. Don’t show up after the grace period thinking you will be serviced and get upset because i won’t service you. And the most important thing is to make sure you are DEPOSIT READY. No i will not allow you to book an appointment without a deposit. I’ve done that many times and those people NEVER SHOW. I know for a fact when it’s time to pay these designer brands y’all don’t give them a hard way to go. So why do BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES like that ? For those who have contacted me today about next weeks availability, my books will be open at 8pm. THERE WILL BE VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY so make sure you book accordingly. 🤍 love y’all, thank you ✨
