I was just sitting here trying to find a video… and somehow I started scrolling through clips of me stretching, teaching yoga classes, playing my sound bowls, massaging, and helping people heal.
And honestly… it brought me to tears.
Last year around this time, I remember praying and asking God:
“What is my purpose?”
“How do I truly serve your people?”
“How do I stop just existing and finally live in what You created me to be?”
Especially as I prepare to turn 50 this year… I knew deep in my spirit that there had to be more. More purpose. More healing. More impact.
What I didn’t know was that after that prayer, my whole life would fall apart.
But looking back now… maybe it had to.
Because sometimes God has to break apart the things we were holding onto so He can rebuild us into who we were always meant to become. It didn’t feel good. Some days hurt deeply. But through it all, I learned how to let Him put me back together again.
I’ve learned to appreciate the good, grow through the bad, and trust that I am never walking this journey alone. His word says He will never leave us or forsake us… and I believe Him.
So today, I just want to say:
God, I trust the plans You have for my life.
And if I can continue being a vessel to help heal people through wellness, movement, breath, touch, peace, and love… then I know I’m finally walking in purpose. 🤍
Strong. Capable. Evolving. ✨
To every woman 40+… this is your reminder: your body is STILL working for you, not against you. 💪🏾
This is not the time to slow down—it’s the time to get intentional.
Your health is more than a number on the scale.
It’s your energy. Your strength. Your peace of mind. Your confidence.
Move your body.
Nourish it.
Stretch it.
Rest it.

I had a dream about a black snake…
At first, it was calm.
Then I turned my back… and it bit me.
But here’s the part that stayed with me—
it didn’t hurt.

This weekend, I experienced something that made me pause.
Not because it broke me…
but because it reminded me:
I know better now.
And when you know better, you move different.
You choose different.
You don’t keep putting yourself in spaces, situations, or patterns that don’t align with who you’re becoming.
That “bite”?
It was a wake-up call… not a wound.
No more going backwards.
No more ignoring my intuition.
No more settling for what doesn’t feel right.
Growth looks like awareness.
Power looks like choosing YOU.
I’m not ashamed… I’m evolving.
