Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges. Herbal preparations are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable, due to sanitary requirements and subject to tampering. If your package was marked (scanned) delivered by the USPS but you did not receive it, the post office policies must be followed. I cannot give a refund on packages marked “delivered” unless delivered to the wrong location by USPS. Shipping Policies
I strive to ship same-day or next-day (Monday to Friday) USPS First Class or Priority. Friday mid-day orders ship Monday. You can track your order with either method. First Class Mail if ship weight is 13 oz. ($3.25) or under otherwise USPS Priority Mail. I also utilize the USPS Flat Rate Boxes when weight is an issue. Example: a Flat Rate Small Box for $12.65 shipping. Free shipping for orders over $29. A great way to save money when purchasing larger quantities. If your order never arrived, then I will work together to resolve the issue with USPS, and Buyer must be patient and kind in the process. USPS policy is 30 days for stalled tracking. If tracking confirms delivery but Buyer does not have possession of package, then Buyer should file a claim immediately at their local post office. Addresses with apartment numbers or unit numbers not receiving their "tracked as delivered" packages is the more common experience, so if you have an alternate address,please consider using it.
