This is definitely how I operate on a daily basis. It may sound corny, but there is positivity in most of the things we stress about. RESPONSE is everything!!! Once a situation occurs, guess what...ITS DONE! Nothing you can do about it except find the best way to recover from it. Don’t dwell on what’s happened(past), put that energy into how to move forward (future)
