Wow! Hello everyone....I have not been actively managing this page for a while due to other priorities. But I am back!!!! I have been maintaining my plant based lifestyle during my time away. And because we have launched into a new year...what a better time to spent some time thinking and reflecting and setting some new health and fitness goals for the year. What are your goals for the upcoming year as it pertains to health fitness? Is it to eat healthier? Is it to become more active and engaged in physical activity? Perhaps pick up a new hobby.like bike riding or lifting weights?
Share with me your goals and we can extend an invitation to the community for them to offer some tools, advice, resources that may be value added for you in helping you to make progress in achieving your goals for the year!

My goals for this year are as follows:

1) To continue to follow a plant based diet.
2) To work out 4-5 days a week.
3) To help my children to learn how to eat healthier foods.
4) To help my children pursue a more active lifestyle....this one is a little bit more challenging due to the current confines in place due to the ongoing pandemic...but I am hopeful that things will get back to normal someone this year.
