TBT I was only 16 in blue 230lbs, 18 in the tie-die 190lbs no children looking years older than I was with all that unnecessary weight. The coral was last weekend GAW 165lbs š Clean eating, structured diet, consistent exercise, weight training, meditation, affirmations, positive thinking, stress free, healthy mind, fit body, good character.
In the tie-die, I just lost 40lbs in 4months from 235lbs by cutting out all animals including fish. I never exercised so this was all fatty weight. If you look at my legs, the quads and hamstrings I now have are non existent in this photo. Fat stomach being squeezed down by my skirts waist band (you know the tricksš) but once it was off the gut and love handles were in full wobble.
Iām 165 now and I feel 100% more comfortable and confident about my body not because of the weight, but because of the fitness. Fitness can come slim, medium or thick just as unhealthy can which is why DETOXING and resetting your body by starting with your food consumption is the best way to transform

So basically, Lotus entered High school and picked up a boyfriend right away without my consent. I found out via her text messages where she had to confess.
So what can I do ? Say no you canāt have a boyfriend focus on your books when sheās literally in the same facility as he is daily without my supervisionš¤·š½āāļø Nope. So here we are dealing with brand new boyfriend conversations.
Iām really open with my daughters so Iāve never had a birds and bees conversation with them because I casually weave those conversations in during day to day happenings.
