the long version is over on but the short version goes a little like this:

I felt very unsupported and alone in America and it’s not good for my mental health and I’ve always been afraid of going home because america is all I know (migrated here at 5 years old, I’m 30). I recognize above all else though that I won’t accomplish all that I’m hoping to in America under these circumstances. Business will continue as normal because we have a shipping plan in place and I will be back every few months to restock. For now though, our 32oz body butter is back and I know y’all have been waiting a LONG time.

All in all, thank you for 7 amazing years. And here’s to doing what I need to do to ensure we make it to 70 more 🤞🏿❤️

we’ve been a little quiet on this side of town as has been keeping us pretty busy AND ….. we’re rebranding the skincare collection! all new labels and designs, new scents to choose from and a few new products too! Sonshine Bath will relaunch 4/15 but for now, ALL skincare is 30% off while supplies last! Now’s the time to rack up on your faves!

2020 has been an interesting year. First I wanna start off by saying thank you to anyone that’s shared a post, liked a post, commented on a post or purchased anything from us this year. We’ve expanded and we couldn’t have done it without your support but now we’ve hit a block in the road. I understand how important it is to have your gifts in time for the holidays and I genuinely apologize that we could not deliver.

once your shipping label is created, your order ships from the store within 24 hours. USPS has not had the manpower to scan packages at pick up or drop off (because i’ve been hauling them to the post office myself in my car since they’re too backed up to come do pickups) so currently there are hundreds of packages in limbo.

I understand how frustrating this is and I wish that I could personally hand-deliver your orders but I can’t. What I can do is cancel or refund any order with a tracking number that does not update by 12/28. if you haven’t received a tracking number, you will not receive one until 1/2.

if you haven’t yet received a tracking number and would like to cancel your order please email [email protected] and those refunds will be processed within 48 hours. I accept full responsibility for this because prior to Covid I was my only employee and once business took off I should have been more prepared but being that there was a glass shortage amongst so many other hiccups in the middle of a pandemic, a lot of what’s happened was unforeseeable.

on a brighter note, I’ve been negotiating rates with UPS and once the website restocks on 1/5, we will be shipping exclusively with UPS and hopefully that resolves a handful of our issues. Again I apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for your support and wish you and your loved ones a very happy holidays.
