In 2018-ish I was part of the first group of practioners for the level 1 training with .

The active practice of honoring the spectrum of emotions has been a game changer for my mental health. Feelings that I have either suppressed or was not even aware of have been helpful to work WITH (not against) so that I can experience more ease and flow in the present.

I am excited to share space with and the lovely Raquina Barnes as we talk about IFS in Black.
