This is an example of blackheads on the nose. It comes to look like this when oil comes in contact with hair and dead skin and then clogs the pore. It oxidizes and turned black or grey. This client was an older customer, this was her very first facial. I got out the most that i could get out without applying too much pressure, as she was a bit sensitive to the pressure on her nose.
