Story Time 🥰
When I moved into my new building I knew I didn’t want to serve Spa Water. It’s at every spa in town and by mid-day it starts to taste rancid. Not my vibe at all.

I wanted an option that clients would actually want to use. Not an amenity that’s simply for show.

Fast forward a couple of months…
I was in bed after a long client day, with a dehydration induced headache & dry skin wishing I had some electrolytes packets.

And it hit me! How many of my clients arrive chronically dehydrated? How can I increase their water intake immediately after the service?

And The Electrolyte Bar was born! 🥰

I'm not strict about time to be mean… I’m strict about time to be fair.

It’s my job to run on time, and it’s how I show respect to every client on my schedule.

If you arrive late, I’m still happy to see you and we’ll make the most of our time but I can’t extend your appointment past the original end time. That wouldn’t be fair to the next client.

Beauty pros: the truth is no one has to be understanding to you running chronically late. If you design your schedule, then you control your schedule. And if you are running late, then it’s your responsibility to quickly communicate that to the client given them the opportunity to make any changes they need to their schedule. But this should not be a consistent issue. If it is then it’s time to look to make some adjustments.
