It’s not in me it’s ON ME!! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Before I was able to identify my triggers I WAS A LOOSE CANNON!! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Ready to SNAP on anybody that tried me!! 👌🏾👌🏾 It was dangerous becuz once I lose my cool, I usually end up in trouble!! The ppl that tried me became victims and now I’m an AGGRESSOR! 🙄🙄 I guess they thought it was gonna be an argument!! Now they threatening me with guns chile🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Anyway… I learned my triggers and most IMPORTANTLY I learned COPING SKILLS!!
When I’m triggered I start feeling like I can’t breath 🤪🤪 It’s like my chest is filling up with MALICE girl walk away!! lol
No forreal, I start to feel trimmers inside of me like a millions ants and building a shining armor inside of me! 🤪🤪 IDK why?? But that’s my que to move around before s**t gets ugly!! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Protect her!!! Whew Chile!! 💋💋😆

We all have the same 24hrs in a day!! However we are all on different TIME!! This is why composing yourself to others is detrimental to your health!! Your TIME is coming!! Just stay down for the COME UP!!

They might call you selfish or even self centered when you SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF!!! It’s ok though!!
I hope that one day they love themselves and be too busy to even care about what your doing!! Either way DO YOU BOO!!

It’s hard to walk away into the UNKNOWN trust me I know!! So we stay there being MISERABLE becuz at least we know what to expect!! 🙄
