***Order Confirmations***

Eden Aromatics processes orders within 1-3 business days of order receipt.


***Shipping***

We only ship to contiguous USA addresses on Monday through Thursdays, except on national holidays. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our shipping partners are experiencing delays. Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery from receipt of shipping/tracking confirmation.

***Returns***

Due to COVID and the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final once orders have been processed. We do not accept returns. We are happy to discuss any quality concerns that may arise via our Contact form. Your satisfaction with our product is very important to us. Please feel free to contact us regarding any questions you may have before ordering.

***Damage Lost/Stolen Claims***

If a package is damaged externally upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged internally only, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. The shipping carrier may need to inspect the damaged order, and you must return it to Eden Aromatics. Failure to follow the procedures above will result in our having to deny your claim. We will do our best to meet your needs should a problem arise.

***Incorrect Address***

If an incorrect address or zip code causes the order to be rerouted from its original destination, the customer assumes any charge for the correction and agrees that Eden Aromatics may charge them an additional $10 shipping and handling fee. All orders will be sent to the address on the invoice generated by our shopping cart. Be sure that all the information is correct before completing your purchase. If your package is returned a second time due to an insufficient address or refusal, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping costs) once receipt of package has been confirmed. ***Gift Cards***

When you don’t know what to buy for someone, give them an Eden Aromatics gift card. Gift cards are conveniently only delivered via email with instructions on how to redeem at checkout for products.
