I want to thank all of my clients who have supported since I started back working for myself almost a year and a half ago. I so appreciate you all giving me a chance and then becoming loyal clients to me! Y'all have been awesome!

But, I've decided it's time for me to retire from doing hair. I may somewhere down the road change my mind, but for now this is what I need to do. It's something I've thought about for a while now. Our construction business has taken off this past year and I really need the time to put my energy into helping my husband with that. I'm also planning on getting my real estate license to further assist our plans for our company. So this will give me the time to do that. But first I am going to enjoy having more time with my family before jumping into that.

This was a fun change on a new client! She came in with very long roots, you know bc of covid, and bright blonde. She wanted to add more brown in it and tone down the blonde. So we did just that! 💁‍♀️

We did a partial highlight/lowlight root shade and melted that into the toner. We kept the blonde a little higher in the front to frame her face. I love how subtle and soft it came out. And this is low maintenance 🙌🏻 Before pic in the comments 👇👇👇

I’m going to be increasing my prices on my services slightly. I set them lower initially when I first started back doing hair for myself to help build my clientele. My prices were also based on my experience level at the time and cost of products and time.

It’s been almost a full year now and as I have grown, I have put money back into continued education for myself. I’ve also put money into learning new services that I am now able to offer. I’ve upgraded my shears, other tools and products which all play a part in the quality of work that I do on your hair. All of this will benefit all of you, my amazing clients! 💁‍♀️

I am also going to start adding Olaplex ✨into all of my color/highlighting services to continue to protect the integrity of your hair. I have always used a bond protector, but Olaplex is top notch.

All of these things combined are why I have decided to raise my prices slightly.
Appointments that were already booked for the next week will stay at the previous rate. The increased rate will apply to your next appointment.

This color today was so much fun!!! It took a long time but was so worth it! Love it so much!! 💜💙

Today we did a copper brown 🍂 Balayage. I did a full head of balayage and put a lowlight in between. Then added a root shade and melted it into the copper, for this pretty finish!

Mother/daughter hair day! ❤️ Mom came in from our last appointment with faded hair, so we revamped it with some highlights and lowlights, then cut off several inches.

For the daughter, we cut off several inches and put some layers in and face framing💇🏻‍♀️

I realized I haven’t posted here in a while, so I’ll be adding a bunch of pics here and there of before/afters from over the last month!

Last appointment we went for a fun red. Today we went the total opposite direction! First day back at work was a color correction and it was fun. It was long, but fun!

Started the process doing a color remover. Then highlighted touching only the roots. Put a lowlight in between foils. Once the lowlight was in, i went back and opened the foils and used a low volume lightener from mids to ends. Then we toned. I used Joico’s defy damage to prep her hair before starting to prevent breakage since we had so much to do to her hair. We still need one more session to get it where we want it. But I think it turned out pretty good!

We’ve been given the ok to open as of this Friday! 😃 I’m going to get restocked on products and open up on Monday next week.

I will only be taking 1 client per day right now to limit the amount of people coming in and also to make sure that I can properly sanitize everything after each client. The only opening I have left next week is Friday the 15th. The following week Tuesday is booked but I have Monday the 18th, Wed, Thursday and Friday available as of now.
