I am so excited to share that I am officially a Certified Open Water Diver! I have worked so hard over the past month to obtain this goal. It wasn’t always easy but I never gave up and I’m glad I had an amazing instructor that helped me through every moment.
This has been a lifelong dream of mine and I can finally say that I did it! I can now dive anywhere in the world!🌎
Always believe that you can accomplish anything you set your mind towards! Always face your fears with clarity and confidence to keep yourself focused. Never give up even when it’s hard! If you believe you can, you will!
As you know we love to travel, so let’s see where we end up next! 🤿🐟🐠🐡😊

I received the most special gift from one of my students, Michelle today. It was completely unexpected and I was so very touched. She attends my Loving Yoga class regularly and thought it would be a wonderful gift to share. I was so grateful and I thank you for thinking of me. You truly made my day that much more special. My grandpa, who was always very kind and patient, fished with me and cooked with me. Unfortunately, we have not had him with us for some time now. He has a special saying that resonates more with me every day: If you have enough true friends, you can fit them on one hand, you are a very lucky person. I agree! True friends are hard to come by, so when they stick around, hold them close. The same goes for family - they are not all invested in seeing you succeed, be happy, or be successful. It’s a life lesson. However, if you continue to fill your own cup and fill your days with love, happiness, and beauty, you will find peace. The right people will call and reach out to check on you and your family despite what they have going on and they ask the questions and listen That’s kind of the true meaning of family. “Family first” is another saying that resonates, but it has to fit within your boundaries and be gentle, kind, and loving. Find your people and surround yourself with those who clap for you when you’re not in the room, who truly know you for your genuine, pure and honest heart. Fill your days with finding gratitude and glimmers. They will always lead you to the strength you need to get through the day.
