Just got back from Palm Springs after spending time at Spa Sec’he for hands on training back facial training and I’m honestly so inspired.

The space alone was incredible, but what really stood out was the level of intention behind everything. It is always so refreshing to step outside of my routine and learn in a setting like that!

I spent a lot of time focusing on back facials, and it was such a good reminder of how overlooked this area is. The skin on your back is thicker and produces more oil, which makes it so prone to congestion if it is not treated the right way. Especially with summer coming up (and backless dresses, etc.) this is an important time to be focusing on back Skincare.

I learned some really effective techniques for exfoliation, extractions, and calming the skin without creating more irritation, and I cannot wait to start incorporating all of this into my treatments.

If your back has been breaking out, feeling congested, or just not as smooth as you want it to be, this is going to be a game changer!
