“Why is my hair breakinggggg off?”

I get this question a lot in my dms from potential clients.

these are only 5 reasons why your hair could be experiencing breakage but definitely could be more.

- establishing a healthy hair care routine can put you in line to much healthier hair without all the breakage.

- sis that ponytail is NOT your best friend. she’s harming more than helping.

** prescription meds are a little touchy but medicines such as steroids, or blood pressure medicine can definitely aide in breakage.

- doing all of that tugging & combing from the roots. STAWP ret now… PLZZZZ

- & of course….. if you have not had a trim within the last 3 months… yeah.. ummmm

these are only a few but there’s definitely other reasons why you could be experiencing breakage.

yeah… that is vital BUT

CONSISTENCY IS KEY 🔑.

that one haircut or trim that you come in for with the Damage Control appointment is NOT enough.

you definitely have to keep up + maintain your treatments ongoing.

sis.. i promise you will fall in love with these results.

that way we can forge a hair care routine that best suites each persons needs.
