But on a side note, did ya know that keeping your muscles healthy and strong also help with your joints? If your muscles are weak or fatigued you are more prone to injury. Strong muscles help with balance and stability which means you are less likely to fall or roll an ankle. Adding regular strength training, stretching, and MASSAGE to your routine can help with this. I can't help with the first two but you know where to find me for the last!
