80-90% of women have cellulite. Most have no idea what’s actually causing it, and most treatments only scratch the surface.
Swipe through to understand the real science behind cellulite: what’s happening structurally under the skin, why women are disproportionately affected, and which treatments are actually backed by data.

This isn’t opinion. It’s a breakdown of peer-reviewed research translated into something you can actually use, whether you’re a provider counseling patients or someone exploring their own options.

The bottom line: cellulite is multifactorial. A single treatment rarely addresses everything driving it.

The best outcomes come from understanding all the contributing layers and building a plan that’s actually designed for you.

If this is something you’ve been thinking about, the good news is that the science has never been better. Real options exist, and knowing what they are is the first step toward feeling confident in whatever you decide.

Save this post and keep it handy for your next conversation. Share it with someone who deserves to know their options. And follow for more evidence-based breakdowns in aesthetics, always sourced, always straightforward.

Who says the guys can’t enjoy a little self-care? 💉

Today we’re at our Westlake office with Michael, giving him a full-face refresh using advanced neurotoxin techniques. We aren’t just smoothing lines; we’re sculpting.

For the upper face, we targeted the forehead, glabella, and crows’ feet for a rested, approachable look. But the real game-changer? The Nefertiti Lift. By treating the platysmal bands and the jawline, we can:

✅ Reduce the appearance of jowling.
✅ Create a sharper, “snatched” profile.
✅ Achieve a more defined aesthetic without surgery.

Whether you’re 22 or 62, maintaining your profile is about confidence, not just “anti-aging.”

Ready to sharpen your look?

Liquid Rhinoplasty 2.0: Where precision meets the probe. 💉✨

Liquid rhinoplasty is widely considered one of the most intimidating procedures in aesthetic medicine. The margins are thin, the anatomy is complex, and the stakes are high. But for those of us obsessed with patient safety and “wow” results, it’s also one of the most rewarding.

I’m thrilled to be joining the faculty at The Medical Spa Show 2026 to present: Liquid Rhinoplasty 2.0: Mastering Advanced Techniques with Ultrasound Precision.

Whether you’re looking to break into non-surgical liquid rhinoplasty or you’re a seasoned injector wanting to integrate ultrasound-guided fillers into your practice, this deep dive is for you. We’re moving past the basics and into the future of ultrasound-assisted aesthetics.

Don’t be the injector who “thinks” they know where the vessel is. Be the one who knows.

Join me in Las Vegas:
🗓 Friday, April 10
🕒 2:15 PM - 2:40 PM
📍 The Medical Spa Show 2026

The Pro Tip: Use my speaker code GILBERTMSS26 when you register. It’s a nice discount for you, and it helps the program director see that precision-focused clinicians (like us) are the ones driving the conversation this year.

See you there!

“I f-king hate social media!”

Ask anyone who knows me, they’ll tell you those are my exact words.

I’ve never understood the appeal of wanting to share so much of your life with everyone and in most cases, complete strangers. I was always late to the party, finally giving in and signing up for all these different networking platforms long after they’d become mainstream. I don’t know, maybe I’m just a Boomer stuck in the body of a Gen X’er.

Back then I used social media the same way most of us still do, as a way to stay in touch with family and friends. But it has become abundantly clear to me that social media is so… much… more…

So I’ve decided to try something that is a bit outside of my comfort zone and I’d like you to join me.

My name is Gilberto Saenz III, I am a Physician Assistant.

I have been in practice over 20 years; my background is in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery with a focus in aesthetic medicine and skin care. I have dedicated the greater part of my career to studying and training under some of the greatest and most innovative aesthetic practitioners in the world, and now I want to share what I’ve learned with you.

My vision for this account is to build a community of like minded individuals who share the same interest and passion for aesthetics that I do!

My goals are to educate and inform you about all things related to aesthetic medicine and skin care; I’ll do this to the very best of my abilities through the knowledge and experiences I have garnered over the years.

I’m going to do my best to keep this account updated with interesting and informative content regularly, but please bear with me as this doesn’t come quite so easy.

Whether you’re a patient, a colleague or just have general interests in aesthetics, I think you’re going to really enjoy what I have planned. Also, if there are specific topics or interests you have, drop me a message I’d love to hear from you! 07/16/2023
