What a year 2024 was!

It was a whirlwind of ups and downs, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, patience, and loyalty. I truly appreciate each and every one of you for sticking with me through all of life’s challenges. Your kindness and understanding mean the world to me, and I couldn’t do this without you!

Some of you have already met my new assistants Taylor and Rhiannon! Both of them are currently in beauty school with Taylor graduating in May. They’re here to help and will be around to make your experience even better. If for some reason you do not want one of them to wash or blowdry your hair kindly let me know.

✨ Website Issues – My website was having some problems, but it’s up and running now! You should be able to book appointments without any issues, but if you run into trouble, feel free to reach out to me directly.

✨ Cancellation & Deposit Policy Update –
• Same-day cancellations or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will now require a payment of 50% of the scheduled service cost. I totally understand that things happen, but last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill appointments, so this helps keep everything running smoothly.
• From now on, all appointments for three or more hours will require a deposit of 50% of the total service cost at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is secured and helps avoid last-minute changes.

Product Pre-Orders & Local Delivery – Need hair products? Please pre-order them through me! I’ll have them ready for your appointment, and if you’re within a 10-mile radius, I’ll even deliver them to you. When you buy directly from me, you’re supporting my business and my family rather than big retailers. Hoping to have a online store soon. Every little bit means so much—thank you for shopping small!
