Long time no introduction! There’s a lot of new followers here and I want to be a little more personal so…
Hi! I’m Sara, the hands behind Tierra Face and Body 🤠🌿

I am born and raised here in Austin, Texas, and I’m a licensed massage therapist. My bodywork journey can be traced back to 2019 when I pursued my esthetician education/licensure, and in 2021 my massage therapy license 💆🏻‍♀️

If I’m being real, my passion for bodywork began long before I was in this industry. I grew up as the 1st born daughter in a Mexican household and if you know anything about that we naturally care for others, like all the time. Massage therapy has given me a way to channel all my caring and loving energy into something productive in today’s society. When I tell you I love what I do…I LOVE WHAT I DO

I especially love to work with the parents and family of first generation kids like me. My ability to break the language barrier with my Spanish speaking clients is very special to me (even if it’s a little chopped😅). Being able to express what you need in a massage session and understood is crucial and something a lot of our Spanish speaking family members don’t get when going to your average spa.

My approach is slow, intentional, intuitive and my goal is the same as always:
help you feel better in your own body and give you the safe space to finally be able to relax. I take pride in helping heal bodies that may carry fatigue physically along with life’s challenges - anxiety, stressors, and ranging emotions.

Long story short, I’m a passionate massage therapist 🤓
We can talk about it when you’re on the table or if you rather meet in a casual sense you can come to (my second baby).

I took a moment to appreciate the studio today. It’s easy to get caught up on what’s next but today was all about pausing and appreciating how much I’ve grown. Thank to all of you: clients, friends, family and everyone who watches and supports from a far🤎🪴

I’ve always known that a goal of mine as a business owner is to give back to the community. While I haven’t scaled my business to where I can donate tons of money or discount my services dramatically, my now second business has opened the doors to connect with some amazing people 🫶🏼
