I feel the anxiety of the day as if my fave football team is playing for the championship against the rival team… BUT it isn’t.

it’s a systemic process of campaigning to collect electoral and popular votes for agendas. Everyone has an agenda. The House and the Senate are the true determiners.

The results may not reflect your wishes today, so don’t forget WE ARE AMERICAN TOGETHER and WE ALL will move forward managing the decisions of people who don’t know you or your children etc TOGETHER.

Dont forget your local votes matter most 🇺🇸

Studying mental health this morning… as election and holidays’ can challenge everyone’s mental status and we want to be uplifting and “joyful” - “positive” and all the good feeling things to those we see vibrating less than consider this before you compliment:

Complimenting or giving a surface congrats etc to a sad or low person may not be therapeutic. It can inhibit the exploration of deeper emotions and contribute to the superficial discussion that may not address the underlying issues. It can be misinterpreted as they are “well”.

And …

Therapeutic Silence and sitting creates reflective spaces that feel safe for deeper communication. 💕

Progress is a long term project.
Stay adaptable, collect data not opinions, embrace variety not division…. You can keep your own mind while understanding others.

(WARNING.. our family is coming thru a multiple year shift from old to anew and the kids will ask me things I’ll share here in hopes of perspective collecting for greater understandings)

I shared I will never know but I now understand it to be a journey unique as our fingerprints.

We cook… so I concluded it’s a crookpot in the backseat while driving a bumpy road in a new place.
