Sometimes as we age, have babies, different climates, you can develop hyperpigmentation or melasma. It’s important to not only make a few lifestyle changes: not going to sauna too often, no LED(or at least not often), keep shower temp less than hell itself, etc. As well as, changing/adding certain products to your routine, like a mandelic acid or retinol and a tyrosinase inhibitor(melanin inhibitor) and lots and lots of SPF!
