The hospital bills are starting to roll in.
The numbers are starting to add up.
My jaw alone was quoted at $12,000 and reduced to $4,000. The hospital portal currently says $61,000 (and we havenāt even gotten to the temporary tooth or dental implant yet).
And itās one of those moments where you realize⦠even paying over $500/month for insurance, there are still so many flaws in the system.
But hereās whatās wild. Iāve stayed calm. Iāve stayed in good spirits.
And there is something happening with my nervous system that I genuinely canāt explain any other way.

Two weeks in⦠and Iām already loving this collagen!!
As someone who lifts 3ā4 times a week and plays beach volleyball about 5 days a week, I put my body through a lot. So anything that can support joint mobility, muscle recovery, and longevity has my attention.
Iām only two weeks into using this new collagen, but I can already tell my body feels a little more supported especially after long days on the sand or heavy lift days.

Iām starting with 3 new clients come January 1 and I could not be more excited!!!
The results that friends of mine are already experiencing has been so incredible.
It really is amazing what can happen when you stay consistent, have some education around food (itās not always about eating less), really dial in your form in the gym, and have someone to hold you accountable to it all!!

Letās finish this year STRONGER than we started!

Every year I ask myself: Whatās the one thing that made the BIGGEST difference for me - sometimes itās a habit, sometimes itās a product.
Iāve boiled it down to 3 things.
1. Moving to Florida. As cheesy as it sounds this move was what my heart and soul needed. Was it scary? Absolutely. Was it the reset and new start I needed? Absolutely. The new friends, the volleyball community, the environment, being closer to my parents,⦠itās all been such a blessing!
2. Carbs. Yes. You read that right! Take it from someone who intermittent fasted for 8+ years. Now I wonāt miss breakfast. Iāve increased my calories to 2500 a day. And letās just say my metabolism // body is loving it! Less is not always more. And one thing Iāve learned - especially for women⦠as we get older, our hormones really donāt like fasting!
3. Amare products. Imagine the food noise and sensitivity being gone. Imagine things that used to spiral you out of control not affect you nearly as much anymore. Imagine waking up and not needing anything to get you going. Imagine no longer needing extensions because your hair is thicker and longer than ever before. Imagine not needing to get Botox because youāre taking care of cortisol on your skin. I could keep going. Needless to say our entire product line has become a one stop shop for my life and it was the healing I never knew I needed.
2025 has been a year of peace. A year of gratitude. A year of change. And a year of GROWTH!!
I challenge anyone who reads this until the very end ⦠reflect on YOUR year. What has made the biggest difference for you? Emotionally. Mentally. Physically. Financially.
And if you canāt pick at least one thing out ⦠what is a new habit or pivot you could make in 2026?!
Cuz I promise yall this, sometimes the scariest things in life that are unfamiliar // uncomfortable are EXACTLY what we NEED!!!

Eating less isnāt always the answer⦠especially for women as we get older.
For a long time, I truly thought it was. I intermittent fasted for YEARS. And honestly, my stomach felt the best whenever I was basically starving myself. Less bloating, less inflammation, and with celiac, that felt like a win. I was barely eating, maybe around 1500 calories a day. News flash: NOT HEALTHY.
What I didnāt realize at the time was how hard that was on my hormones and metabolism. The truth is, what worked for us once doesnāt always work forever.
This past year, Iāve helped women speed up their metabolism and see real results by doing the opposite of what we were taught ⦠eating MORE food and more carbs. And yes, at first itās a total mind F***. But on the other side of that is a healed metabolism and a body that finally works with you, not against you.
Just sharing this for the woman who might need to hear it today.
Iāll never skip breakfast again.
