I just got home from a much needed, fabulous vacation and yoga retreat in Mexico! 🇲🇽 Being in nature and close to the water or ocean is always a re-set button for me when I really unplug and fully relax. This trip was next level though with lots of yoga, self reflection and journaling. Needless to say I feel somewhat transformed! I truly hope each of us can unplug in some way as often as possible. Stress is so harmful to our bodies. A facial is a one hour vacation just for you!
