✨ I Finally Did That. ✨

On June 22, I officially became a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500).�
Y’all... this has been a dream of mine since I was 27. Life took me down many paths…some wild, some sacred…but this one was always waiting for me.
This program wasn’t just training. It was transformational.�
It stretched me…physically, emotionally, spiritually.�I met parts of myself I’d been avoiding, and I learned how to hold space for all of me… and now, for you too.�I’m proud. I’m grounded. I’m ready.

This milestone is part of a much deeper calling…to help women heal, reconnect, and reclaim their power. Whether you meet me on the mat, in a steam session, over herbs, or through intuitive guidance… just know, I come with receipts and reverence.

Remember when we would play outside in the summer, and our parents or grandparents would give us watermelon??

I just thought that they didn’t want us to drop sticky juice on their floor. Once I started studying Chinese herbal medicine, I found out just how much our elders knew.

Watermelon cools the body by clearing heat. It can also help you stay hydrated in this hot summer heat!

Another benefit: it reduces jaundice. Matter of fact, it’s being used as an assistant in the treatment of icteric hepatitis.

But listen, everything ain’t for everybody… so if your digestion is weak (you easily get bloated), you may want to skip this healthy snack.

💗 Have you ever felt completely out of control of your body?? 😫🥴

💗 I have! During the pandemic, my body was doing its own thing despite my attempts to gain control.

💗 The more salads I ate and exercising I did, the more weight I gained.

💗 My other symptoms of chronic fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, etc. also got worse.

💗 It’s wasn’t until I finally tried the very medicine I was studying that I began to see progress.
