30lbs heavier from comp date a d still have some good cuts! Time to add 10 more lbs on my frame then cut for nationals next july!

Time for me to bask in my accomplishments for once...this competition just felt right..smooth...confident...actually laughed and enjoyed every minute but kept my focus 100! Time to grow and bring a better more complete more fluid body and posing routine to a much bigger stage than this. I am more than stoked.

Yesterday was beyond surreal.. Took 1st place in Light Heavyweight, Overall in Bodybuilding and 2nd in Classic Physique. Show was run smoothly, competitors were great and the promoters put on one hell of a show!! This truly was a Show of Champions!
