Think of this as the 18.21 Man Made “3-in-1” for your holiday spirit—creamy, boozy, and bold. It’s the kind of drink that pairs perfectly with a red plaid shirt and a freshly styled mane.
The Speakeasy Eggnog Recipe:
6 Large Eggs (Separate the yolks/whites like you separate your work week from your weekend).
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar (Divided).
2 Cups Whole Milk (The full-fat stuff. No “well-shelf” ingredients here).
1 Cup Heavy Cream (+ more for garnish).
½ Cup (4 oz) Quality Bourbon or Rye (If you wouldn’t sip it neat, don’t put it in the nog).
1 tsp Freshly Grated Nutmeg (For that aromatic finish).
Pinch of Salt.
