A little about my approach: The depth of my work comes from long intentional strokes that begin at each muscle's origin and continue with consistent, intentional pressure to each muscle's insertion point. The outcome is that your stuck points feel significantly less stuck (and less and less so as we continue work together), a feeling of tallness, and a feeling of relaxation and rejeuvenation. I'm also a trained Reiki practitioner and Yoga Teacher and regularly integrate these modalities into my work.
