Working with the University of Texas athletes is always an honor. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working poolside with UT’s women’s swim team during the Big 12 invitational swim meet where I got to watch many of them set new PRs and rank nationally in their events. Pre and post event sports massage is a great way to keep these athletes tuned up for their next trial and I’m glad to be a part of that process.

Just spent an amazing weekend learning about the human body and gaining ownership of the movements and ranges of motion we put our bodies through along with ways to improve them safely. Thank you to Dr. Andreo Spina and Hunter for such amazing instruction and evidence based methodology. Thank you again to the amazing Onnit team for bringing in such talented people to learn from.

Using a foam roller as part of your warm up to briefly target specific muscles that may be feeling "tight" and limiting your range of motion during your workouts or sport can be an effective way to address the issue quickly. You definitely want to save your extensive, full body rolling sessions for after your workout or rest days where mobility and recovery is more of a focus.

Just had a blast at the Reflexive Performance Reset seminar with Dr. Mike Nelson and the Onnit crew. It's amazing to see the changes in mobility and stability the body can make by tapping into the nervous system. Can't wait to see it in action with my clients!
