My practice is closed because I am now the Massage Therapist for the Houston Astros Do you want to feel better? Move better?
Through the use of manual and movement therapy, my goal is to help others recover from pain or physical limitations and perform better in whatever activity, hobby, or sport they're pursuing. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008 with a BS in Kinesiology and 2018 with a MEd in Applied Exercise Sciences. After graduating from the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in November
of 2012, I started practicing massage in early 2013 and have studied numerous advanced manual therapy techniques including: orthopedic massage across all major joints, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, dermoneuromodulation, positional release, Active Assisted Stretching, neuromuscular therapy, thai yoga massage, and Active Release Techique. I am also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the NASM, and a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist through FRS. I use my background in movement and manual therapy studies to provide comprehensive bodywork and mobility training to address my clients' issues. Along with running my own practice since 2013, I have been working with the University of Texas Athletics' Sports Medicine department as a sports therapist for numerous sports including Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Track and Field since 2016.
