Post workout👟 recovery is crucial for staying injury free😁 & feeling good! 👀So many of us wait until something hurts😰 to take care of our muscles-💪🏼instead take care of them before!

Quick Tips:✅
1. Right when you get done with activity-roll, stretch, trigger point!👉🏼
2. When you can do small stretch throughout the day.🙏🏻
3. Find two or three strengthening/therapy exercises to target 🎯 a weak area.

ROAD TRIP! 🚗💗🌵

Do you prepare your food when you go on road trips?🤔🚙✈️ Today I'm going to start a two day road trip🚙 back to Arizona☀️🌵, it's about 15 hours and we usually overnight somewhere.😳 I like to be prepared and have healthy food options along the way! 💗💪🏼Many times when we road trip we are so busy thinking about everything else & 💭forget about food; so when the time comes along and your starving and all there is is a gas station or McDonalds🍟🍔 you might not fuel your body with the appropriate nutrients it needs👎🏽. All this fits into one bag & I have it easy to access along the way.🎒🍴 I brought: hummus, snap peas🌱, a banana🍌, an apple🍎, sliced turkey,🍗 tuna packets🐟, multigrain crackers🍞, carrots, ground beef, chicken🍖, and hansens drinks! 💦Wow! Not only and I really for the drive but if we overnight 🌟somewhere in the middle of no where with not many places to eat (or any at all) ill be prepared to have it with me!💪🏼🍎🌵🍴💕

Multitasking! 👟📚

School 📓is back in & study📖 is in full force-so what better👍🏽 way to get a workout in while studying! 🏃🏽📰I love doing easy runs on the treadmill👟 & reading/studying📝 off my tablet.📱 It's a way to really focus👀 in on your school💻 work & a great way to get moving. 💪🏽I have the hardest time sitting still & 🙈staring into a book-this way I'm moving🏃🏽 & grasping more of the concept being taught. ✔️✅💯This is great for leisure reading, work, school, whatever you make it! 💜So next time your in a crunch of getting in a workout😳📝💪🏽 & having the study-try multitasking & doing both!🏃🏽📚💞
