Individualistic approach to your wellbeing
There is no shortcut to a regulated nervous system and its ability to handle stress. Here are some things that my high-profile clients do to help their nervous system.
All of them do weightlifting and exercising almost every day and it’s not even just for the looks. It’s more for stress management.
Red light therapy: all of them surprisingly do red light therapy. They have panels or beds in their houses and they do it every day as well.
Walking: a lot of them do walking while working, being on calls, and stuff.
Massages: most do massages every 2 weeks, some every week
Injections: the majority of them do some kind of injectables (vitamins, NAD) Recently it’s peptides and stem cells, as they say, for energy and longevity
Nutrition: they eat small amounts of clean food, no seed oils and preferably local stuff: local meat, local eggs, local raw milk
Quality water: they all have reverse osmosis hydrogen water installed
Blood work: they all do bloodwork regularly to watch for minerals, hormones, and microplastics. Also base their supplements on that.
Sleep quality: they try but not all succeed 😅 having babies mixed with brains that don’t turn off
What are your wellness non negotiables?
Do you pay attention to how comfortable the table is during your massage?
I love when my clients are relaxed and comfy, but the weight really takes a toll on my body. It’s a big downside of mobile sessions, especially when a client doesn’t have space on the first floor of their house 🥺
Yet I keep coming back to comfortable rather than light set up!
Especially for those prenatal and postnatal massages it’s a must as I concluded 😁🩷
My new oil bottles finally arrived today! And it hit me how long this whole process takes… 👀
My Botanic Tallow Balm for muscle aches and now DePuff Oil for congested tissues - both took over 1.5 years to create!
Every oil, every herb, every bottle…
And they both started the same way - my desire to know what I use on my clients and listening to their bodies and stories 🩷
Excited yo pour some of that oil in there and see how it looks 🤪
Are we liking it??

Last 2 weeks made me remember relationships in my 20th. Up and down, up and down 😂 But I always try to remember that good and bad in life often happen at the same time 🙌
My poor husband just wanted to foam roll his back, but I decided he needs help 😂 And a cool technique was born!!! Try it with your partner 👇
They lay on the foam roller and you gently move their legs creating different angles for the muscles to sink into the foam roller 🤪
I also linked couples massage for hamstrings!
