I am taking this as a sign! I found this advertisement(?) photo on the sidewalk in front of my house. The edges were delicately torn around it. I picked it up and it put a huge smile on my face. Maybe someone loved her smile(I know I do), her hair, maybe I am overthinking the entire thing. I decided that this beautiful smiling face will be my mantra for today 😊
I am trying to find more joy and fun things to do in my life. I have started reading The Artist Way by Julia Cameron for the 10th time. I have never finished the book, but I love the premise. Clive has helped me on my second day of doing my artist pages(journaling three pages every morning).
Today I am going on a fun adventure with my friend to volunteer to collect trash on Ladybird
Lake. We will be traveling in kayaks to help keep our lake and walking trail, beautiful 💜🛶
I am wanting to volunteer more and be a part of Austin’s community. Are there any fun activities that you like to do? They don’t necessarily have to be volunteer opportunities, but I would love to hear some fun things that bring you joy 🎉🎉🎉🎉

My heart has been broken since the tragic news of the Kerrville flooding beginning on July 4th. This tragedy hits close to home 😢 There are SO many people dying and suffering in the world 🌎💔.
Clive has been my emotional support over the past few days. I have started a gratitude list. I try to make these as much as I can. I am so grateful for all of you, my family, my friends, my health, my boy Clive 💜
Hold your people closely. Hug more, give more, think of others beyond yourself. There will always be difficulties in our lives, but we are alive. We can be make changes in the world through kindness and compassion if we put our minds to it.
I will be donating throughout the month to help rebuild from this enormous loss. Sending so much love to our neighbors and the love ones they have lost 😢💜

I bought these boots last year for my birthday and they have never been comfortable 😝 A friend of mine said you just have to wear the heck out of them. Today, on a super busy day at work, I wear my birthday boots 😂💃🤠
