As our city slowly moves forward towards getting back to normal, I would like past and future clients to know that since we can't necessarily social distance in service, that I will be taking every precaution I can ensure mine and my clients safety. Here is a bit on what to expect at your next appointment with me!

1. Disposable face masks provided for you if your arrive to your appointment without one. It's certainly your choice to not wear a mask, but I will not honor services with anyone who chooses such. My safety is also important.

2. Hand sanitizer available upon entry: I will kindly ask everyone entering my studio to please use my hand sanitizer to further safeguard against the possible spread of illness.

3. Absolutely no guests are to come with you, and if they do, I will ask that they please wait outside the studio in the common waiting area.

4. Prepayment options are available. When you reserve your appointment online, there is an option to pay for your appointment ahead of time. This will reduce contact and helps speed up the checkout process in the studio.

Hey Loves!!!

I am so eager to get back to work and I know many of you are eager to get back to normal, every day life and normal self care routines. As many have learned, our city will be reopening in phases, taking baby steps to see how our population will be affected as time passes. Our industry is a bit unique in the way that lash artists simply can't social distance in service at all and PPE (personal protective equipment that is single use) is scarce.

With that said, I will be reopening my lash studio, with very limited availability to start. I want to make sure I am limiting my contact with the public as much as possible so that I can manage my exposure to potential illness as well as minimize my risk of potentially spreading illness to others. I suppose you could say, I'm reopnong in phases myself.

As mentioned in an earlier post, ALL FULL SETS are $99 and I have extend this through the month of June. I will be opening my schedule 💕 May 18th 💕and will be taking clients on a limited basis from that day forward. For those whom have prepaid, thank you so much for support and your patience through this crazy time!

So much has happened with me in my personal life and in my business in such a short amount of time... 😒. It's a mess y'all. What a rollercoaster. Good news and bad news. Starting with the good: Roxy Brows is here to stay in the ATX. Officially. WHOOPIE!!

THE BAD:
I respect everyone's hustle. This is a scary time for small businesses. This is a scary time for everyone. Many businesses that come into much less than 6 feet of contact with people are rolling the dice and staying open. Coming into contact with dozens of people every day. Taking clients all day until told otherwise. I get it. "I'm young. I won't get it. If I do I'll be ok. Until I'm forced to close I'm going to keep going." I'm lucky enough to own a very small space, and never have more than 2 people, including myself, in my space at any one time. But the more time passes and the more confirmed cases double, I couldn't live with myself if I knew I was responsible for causing SOMEONE ELSE to be harmed by this pandemic. No matter how much I protect myself and my clients. Regardless to the outcome of my own health. There is only so much you can do about viral droplets staying airborne for hours. The ripple effect is too great. More and more states are choosing to be proactive by closing non essential businesses for the time being. Unfortunately, due to those in my household having to travel during this risky time, I myself will also have to self isolate until I know for sure everyone in my own home is in the clear. This begins March 28th for me. I will be taking appointments for a limited number of clients in the meantime. (during this time of social distancing, the most I do is walk my dog when I don't have a client. I'm limiting contact as much as possible.) After the 28th I will shut my doors at least until the bars and restaurants are back open again. It is just too risky to chances with human life. It's more than just a "bad flu". It's about much more than just me.

Discounts will be offered for full sets in an effort to revamp and relaunch once this crisis is no longer considered a pandemic. Stay tuned! I'll still be posting content in the meantime ❤️😊.
