TIL DEATH 🖤 I recently had the honor to style my girl Chloe’s hair for her wedding day. A truly unique and memorable day, filled with incredibly accomplished artists. She’s a wildly talented FX makeup artist. Bold, fearless, drop-dead gorgeous, and completely unapologetic. Watching her marry her perfect match, Lawrence, an insanely talented artist himself, was pure magic. They’re the kind of couple that just fits, effortlessly and fiercely. Are hearts are broken. On Friday May 17th we said goodbye to are sweet little man, Ringo. In the comfort of our home, with loved ones around and a belly full of bacon cheeseburger and fries, he left for his next journey in this universe. At 17, he was a trooper to the end! He spent the last couple years traveling with us wherever we went and demanding to be in all the action. He was adventurous, independent, and one of the smartest dogs we’ve ever met. He loved being the greeter at the shop and sniffing everyone’s feet, uninterrupted, at the shampoo bowls. Not to mention the daily treats! We were so lucky to have been his parents and are thankful he chose us. Until we meet again. Shine bright Ringo and give Marley a kiss for us❤️

Sometimes you just need some babylights✨ Soft, blended, babylights give just enough brightness and dimension, while having very little to no visible grow out!

When your hair journey is worth the wait🙌🏼 This client has been growing out her French bob and we finally have some length to play with layers and texture. She has AMAZING natural wave so we added a heavy fringe and layer around the face to create this yummy shaggy texture.✨

✨Can you achieve a vibrant red with a more natural grow out?
It’s very possible! This beauty wanted bright, vibrant, red but needed it to last as she’ll be out of state for college. She had previous bleach on her ends and a deep band of previous color between her ends and natural root. I applied a test strand using a high developer, level 7 red violet to see if I could break the base of the band with color instead of bleach. It worked! So we opted to use a deep red violet level at her root to mask her grow out as her natural brunette comes in. Using a weaving technique, to create a highlight/lowlight effect, I applied a higher level in the mid section. For the ends we deposited a light red violet level for a pop of cherry red! ❤️ We love the end result! Let us know what you think✨

✨Color Transformation✨ We recently had the pleasure of collaborating on this gorgeous color correction and couldn’t be happier with the results. 🙌🏼 After a previous consultation our goal was a vibrant, red violet that had minimal maintenance as our client of off to college this fall. We opted to lift her with color using a deeper level at the root fading into a vibrant, rich, red end that can be easily maintained with vivid semitransparent colors or tinted conditioners. Along with the color RJ freshened up her hair with a long layered cut to clean up those dry damaged ends and revive her curls for a more manageable style! ❤️ The results speak for themselves and we’re excited for our clients new adventurers with her new style! ✨
