My Ulta technical interview for the hair stylist position. For the technical I needed to showcase:
-Foil work
-Color (can be toner if just doing highlights)
-Hair cutting technique
-Styling
I was told you can showcase your different skills such as braids if you wanted. They supplied the work space and tools, along with the color. I just needed to bring my shears. This service is free of charge for my model and I. During the interview someone was observing and taking photos during each step. Overall it was a great experience.
