Salad with some steak and chicken. Homemade Ranch dressing made by my little sidekick and 1/2 of a small avocado with artichoke spinach dip. So yummy, healthy and very filling.
Eating healthy is best and keeps you full longer.

My little sidekick made a wonderful salad yesterday. Sautéed us some chicken. Use extras of your choice. We did boiled eggs, crispy onions, black olives, zucchini, dried cranberries and shredded mozzarella cheese. It was delicious.

Sometimes the only thing that hits the spot is a homemade cheeseburger with a slice of onion and some dill pickle slices.
It was good y’all.

Best baby backs you will ever make!
Smother them well with your choice of seasoning.
Wrap them tight in aluminum foil and cook on 275 degrees for 2&1/2 hours or until fork tender.
Open up and put some bbq sauce on them.
Turn up heat to 350 degrees and place them back in the oven open for 30 minutes.
Will fall right off the bone.
