The Hair Parlour is a family hair salon located in downtown Bartow.
Unfortunately salons in Florida are still not permitted to reopen under Phase 1. I personally do not see where working one on one with one client at a time is any more dangerous then going to the grocery store but we have to follow the governor's rules. I will be in touch as soon as we hear any changes. Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.
