Here are the top three MUST DO for having vivid hair color:

1) You need to have professional grade shampoo and conditioner. This is the fundamental difference between your color lasting and fading.

2) Low heat for heat styling tools and heat protectant. Bright colors sit on top of the hair follicle, what this means is that it will fade. But keeping your hair protected against high heat will make your color last longer.

3) Say goodbye to hot water. Same concept as heat styling, you need to be sure you are using lukewarm or cold water to wash your hair to ensure the longevity of the color.
