Kailin Chio is a sophomore on the LSU Gymnastics team and is majoring in Kinesiology with plans to pursue a career as an orthopedic surgeon. During her freshman year, she earned SEC Freshman of the Year and continues to build on that success this season! Outside of gymnastics, Kailin enjoys shopping, watching all kinds of sports, spending time with friends, and catching up on some well-deserved sleep. She's excited to share one of her favorite flavor combinations with you!

Blair is a 4th year member of the LSU Golden Girls from Kaplan, Louisiana. She served as Captain during her senior season and will graduate with a degree in Sport Administration this spring. She hopes to become a dance team coach to inspire the next generation of dancers and share her passion for dance. Her favorite pick me up is a loaded tea and she can't wait for everyone to try her new recipe!

Kelvin is going into his 4th year on the LSU Cheerleading team, and loves coming to visit Tiger Nutrition each week! Kelvin is a Kinesiology Pre-Med major and plans on attending nursing school to become a Trauma ICU nurse. His goal is to spread love, positivity, kindness, and confidence to everyone he crosses consistently giving off BADDIE ENERGY E=

-June 2025 Wall of Fame Inductee-
Alexis Jeffery just graduated from LSU and is on the LSU Gymnastics team. She was a part of the 2024 National Championship team, is a 2x SEC Champion, and is now working toward a master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resources. Tanner Reaves is on the LSU Baseball team, studying Sports Administration. He has earned his associate’s degree and is a 2024 NJCAA Champion. They are so excited for you to try the final result of the first ever joint loaded tea recipe! Their drink is a fun way to represent who they are with Tanner getting hits on the baseball field and Alexis doing flips in the gymnastics gym!

Alyona Shchennikova just finished her 6th season as an LSU gymnast and always enjoyed her daily visits to Tiger Nutrition! She is a proud member of the 2024 National Championship team. As a first-generation graduate student in her family, she recently earned a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resources. Her passion lies in coaching, and her goal is to become a Division I college gymnastics coach where she can motivate, mentor, and inspire the next generation of gymnasts!
