9 years ago I started with a dream, little experience, and a whole lot of faith.
Now we’re entering a completely new era.
June books are officially open + the new website is LIVE.
This next season is bigger than lashes, bigger than beauty, bigger than business.
Something special is coming in June and I truly cannot wait to share it with y’all. 🤍

I feel like social media made everybody obsessed with “strict professionalism” to the point where some businesses feel cold & dry now lol.
Of course boundaries matter, but I genuinely think connection is part of good customer service. People remember how you made them feel.
Most of my loyal clients stayed because of the EXPERIENCE just as much as the service itself. The conversations, remembering small details, checking in, laughing together… that stuff matters. And early in my journey the services may not have always hit as expected, but connection caused clients to return & give me another try.
Do y’all prefer service providers who are more quiet/professional or ones that actually build relationships with their clients? 👀
For a long time, I thought overextending myself made me a better business owner. Squeezing people in last minute. Answering messages at all hours. Rearranging my entire day because someone else forgot their appointment, booked late, or didn’t plan properly.
I started abandoning and eventually resenting myself trying to accommodate everybody else.
A lot of service providers struggle with this because we genuinely care. Especially when your business is tied to beauty, confidence, connection, and relationships. But burnout will humble you every single time.
Having policies, boundaries, and structure doesn’t make you mean or difficult. It creates sustainability. It protects your peace, your energy, and honestly the quality of your work too.
I still love taking care of people. I just had to learn how to stop taking responsibility for everybody. 🤍
