Hey y’all! It’s Dominique, Owner of Dynamic Looks 💜 With so many new followers and life changes it’s time to reintroduce myself ✨

Growing up, I didn’t know my calling was hair but it found its way into my life. I taught myself how to braid and then how to properly cornrow. Fast-forward to 2016, I move to Louisiana for school and was opened up to a whole new world of hair (singing in my Princess Jasmine voice). I discovered the versatility of black women and their hair.

2017: I had my first real closure sew-in

2018: I made my first wig

2019: Dropped out of LSU to pursue Cosmetology

2020: Graduated Cosmetology school and began preparing for my written and practical exams

2021: I was fully licensed, had my first booth in a shop, and returned to LSU to finish my degree

2022: I finished my degree and graduated on the President’s Honor Roll

2023: I began putting more effort into my business while working a full-time 9-5

Today, I am in a position I dreamed of years prior. While I’m still not where I want to be, I’m excited to see what 2024 holds for Dynamic Looks 💜✨

Fun facts about me:

✨My mom is and will forever be my best friend 🤞🏽

✨ I’m in a healthy and loving relationship with a God fearing Man 🫶🏽

✨ I have 2 Pit Bulls, King and Tiger, who are my children. I raised them both from puppies/birth into full grown, healthy, and loving pitties 🥹
