RE-OPENING May 15, 2020

Hello Valued Customer,

Iris Nails will be opening our doors again Friday, May 15, 2020. While we are super excited to see you again, we are also taking extra precautions in order to protect your health and as well as our employees during this time. Therefore, we have made some changes and added new requirements below in order to adhere to LA State Fire Marshall and CDC Guidelines/Recommendations. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourselves with them.
Mandatory changes and requirements are:
1. All customers will be required to wear a face covering when entering the salon. We will not be able to provide any face masks so please bring your own.
2. Pexiglass sneeze guard barrier (pictured below) are installed at manicure and pedicure station to help protect the customer and the nail technician. There will also be an empty station between adjacent clients.
3. Pedicure stations will continue to utilize single use disposable plastic liners (pictured below).
4. All nails services will go through a 3 step cleaning and disinfecting (hand sanitizing, hand washing, and alcohol cleaning) to prevent any cross contamination.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance and you will be asked to sanitize your hands when entering the salon.
6. All employees will be wearing face masks and face shield while servicing customers.
7. Eyebrows waxing will still be offered. However, full facial wax will no longer be offered until further notice since it requires customers to removed their face mask.
8. The salon capacity are reduced to 25% so we asked that you make an appointment or wait in your car until your space is available. Walk-ins are welcomed but if the salon is at capacity, you will be asked to wait in your car or make an appointment to come back at an available time.
9. Your appointment is for you only so please come alone or have your guest wait in the vehicle.
10. Please stay home if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, not feeling well, or classified as a higher risk individuals.
11. Magazines and newspapers will no longer be offered since they are hard to clean and disinfect.

These requirements will remain in place until further notice and/or until guidelines has been lifted. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperations. Following the governor’s stay at home mandate, Iris Nails closure will be extending until May 15, 2020. We are planning on reopening on May 16 if allowed.
When we are allow to open our doors again, we have made some changes below in order to comply CDC/OSHA Safety and Social Distancing Guidelines and also to protect your health and as well as our employees during this pandemic.
